Sustainability management is embedded within the Company’s corporate governance system. Sustainability management responsibilities lie with the Boards of Directors of En+ Group and RUSAL.
The relevant committees of the segment’s Boards of Directors hold regular joint meetings to track the sustainability strategy status.
